The first Tulip Culture Festival of Fangshan District opened at Changyang Park, Fangshan District, Beijing on April 13, 2023 at 10:00 am. 

The 1st Tulip Culture Festival in Fangshan is guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and establishes the theme of "Meeting Beauty——Embracing Fangshan", with the purpose of "Practicing the thought of ecological civilization - Creating an exquisite garden city". The festival focuses on the characteristics of national style, and through the classic activities combining humanities and ecology, such as "parks + stage performances, parades, garden tours, bazaars and interactive experiences", it presents visitors with a rich cultural feast, and creates an intertwined public cultural space for the public. This will not only inject strong vitality into the garden city, but also build Fangshan Changyang Tulip Culture Festival into a new landmark of Beijing's garden city.

This Tulip Culture Festival lasts for 4 days, focusing on the characteristics of the national style, through the main visual design of the flower fairies parade in Chinese costumes, immersive ancient sound and elegant music performances, interactive experience of poetry, calligraphy, tea and painting, as well as landscapes and humanities scrolls, so that the audience can feel the charm of the time-honored and ever-developing Chinese civilization, inspire the spirit of high spirits, self-confidence and self-reliance, and show the cultural self-confidence of the new era in a picturesque mood!
