Culture is the bloodline of a nation and the spiritual home of the people. Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward in a broad vision: consolidating cultural confidence and raising the level of cultural opening up is an inevitable requirement for promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and building a strong socialist culture in China. With cultural communication as its main method, we consolidate cultural confidence and raise the level of cultural opening up to strengthen national soft cultural power, win the initiative in the international competition of overall national strength and eventually realize the great Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation. 

As one of the great ancient civilizations, China has more than 5,000-year traditional culture and a long civilized history. The rich and colorful cultural resources, especially the ethnic and folk cultural resources can be counted as an advantage for China to develop cultural diplomacy. Since its reform and opening up, China has witnessed a rapid improvement of its overall national strength and international status. Such achievements prompt the world to know more about China and understand the country through different perspectives.

To this end, with the help of the unique platform of global embassies in China, we organize foreign diplomats to China who represent respective nations and countries to learn deeply about China with unique perspective. We aim to further strengthen introducing China to the world and enhance cultural communication, develop new model for bringing Chinese culture outside, enhance the international competitiveness of China’s cultural industry, expand the international influence of Chinese culture, maintain national cultural security, and make more contribution to the progress of human being. 

With the full support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World finally defines its theme as "The Most Beautiful China". We are an official organization aiming to carry forward excellent culture of the Chinese nation, speed up prosperous development of cultural programs and promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. We also make efforts to enhance friendships and exchanges between people around the world, advance international exchanges and cooperation on economy and trade, and secure a greater say for China in international affairs.

Themed as "The Most Beautiful China", we carry forward excellent culture of the Chinese nation, speed up the prosperous development of cultural programs and promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. We also make efforts to enhance friendships and exchanges between people around the world, advance international exchanges and cooperation on trade and secure a greater say for China in international affairs. We take the goal of realizing the great "Chinese Dream" and try to be an important window for mutual understanding between China and the world. 

Ⅳ. Advantages:

We have been engaged in cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries and have accumulated rich international resources by maintaining close contact with embassies in China. Through the years, sound interactions have been formed. We also have deepened cooperation with hundreds of foreign media agencies in China and domestic authoritative media, so as to provide comprehensive support for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries and economic trade cooperation.

Ⅴ. Methods:

We organize diplomatic envoys to have in-depth travel in Chinese cities and build a practical and internationally influential exchange platform and global bridge between Chinese cities and foreign embassies in China through different kinds of innovative exchange activities. Meanwhile, we fully introduce China’s city appearance, cultural landscape, natural scenery, folk character and achievement of city development to the world, so as to provide systematic services for economic development, development of cultural tourism, overall promotion of city images, for the improvement of city image and influence and for encouraging new investment and businesses in the city. In this way, we can better attract foreign entrepreneurs to invest and set up business in China and welcome international friends to travel in China. Such efforts will also allow us to leapfrog and gain influence and fame on the global stage.

Organizing and inviting Chinese local cities and domestic enterprises to visit foreign cities which stand on the leading position in economy, culture, tourism and innovation. Conducting different kinds of public business exchanges and activities with substantive character. Learning, introducing and absorbing foreign innovative modes of economic development, advanced idea of cultural development, scientific plan of tourist construction and so on.

Closely surrounding the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World will comprehensively put the the principles proposed in the 19th National Congress into practice, uphold the purpose of realizing the great Chinese Dream, consolidate cultural confidence, promote Sino-foreign cultural communication, motivate the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, enhance nation’s cultural soft power and discourse right, strengthen the friendships and exchanges between the people around the world. We actively put the cultural exchanges in the overall plan of cultural opening up construction, practice the strategy of a strong socialist cultural country, and participate in the construction of national public cultural service system. In the new era, we serve as the faithful inheritor and promoter of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, take on new cultural missions, make cultural creation in practice, realize cultural advancement in the progress of history, and strive to create benign social benefits.
