At the year of the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on June 26^th, Hu Heping, minister and secretary of the leading party group of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, led people in charge of bureaus, departments and subordinate institutions to visit the newly built Museum of the Communist Party of China to see the “ ‘Remember the Mission and the Original Aspiration’ --the Exhibition of the History of the Communist Party of China”.

    The Museum of the Communist Party of China was solemn and magnificent. The 4-part exhibition used more than 2600 pictures and more than 3500 (sets of) culture relics to show the century-long journey of the CPC in all aspects and of the whole process. During the exhibition, they listened carefully to learn the CPC’s history of continual struggleing, exploring theory, contributing to people’s welfare and to construct itself; to know the reason why the CPC went through a long and arduous journey to get the political power, to establish the People’s Republic of China and to build the socialism with Chinese characteristics and to have a through understanding of why the CPC was capable of making achievements, why Marxism had been working and why socialism with Chinese characteristics was good. Everyone agreed that they would gain a better understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; gain the power of thoughts through a century-long journey of struggling; absorb the spiritual power and the driving force of the century-long history; rise the awareness of the “Four Consciousnesses”, stick to the “Four-Sphere Confidence” and do the “Two Upholds”; firmly solidified around the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as it’s core as well as stick to ideals and beliefs and carry out our original aspiration. Our following steps should be protect, manage and use revolutionary resource by relying on features and advantages of work relating to culture and tourism; to interpret, present and promote the spirit of the CPC with high degree of senses of political, social and historical responsibilities and to create a favorable atmosphere to carry out the great spirit, inherit the revolutionary gene and concentrate the strength to work hard, so as to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the CPC with great achievement.

    In the exhibition hall on the 3^rd floor, Hu Heping led heads and cadres of party members to relive the admission oath. Their powerful voice was the only thing could be heard in the hall, reflecting their willingness to bear their original aspiration and mission in mind and their determination to contribute to the CPC and people’s cause for their whole life without caring self-interest.

    Attendees were Zhang Xu, Wang Xudong, La Yifan, Du Jiang, Rao Quan, heads of bureaus and departments of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, heads of resident discipline inspection and supervision group, people responsible for subordinate departments of the ministry, and the head of education team of the party history in the ministry.
