“2017 Presenting China to the World- The Most Beautiful China· Foreign Envoys step into Qian Gorlos” opening ceremony
On 18th, December, 2017,“Promotion Conference of Presenting Qian Gorlos Best Goods to the World and“the Most Beautiful China——Foreign Envoys Step into Qian Gorlos”opening ceremony was co-hosted by the Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World, Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County Committee of the Communist Party of China and Qian Gorlos People's Government in Beijing.It was presided over by Zhang Yuxiang,the Minister of Propaganda Department of the Mongolian Qian Gorlos Autonomous County Committee of the Communist Party of China.
The guests attending this event were the Vice President of China International Communication Association as well as a former member of the Party Committee of Ministry of Culture, and also a Former Deputy Cultural Minister,Mr. Chang Keren；Secretary General of Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World, Ms. Cui Jianghong; Secretary of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County Committee of the Communist Party of China Mr. Sun Zhigang；Head of People’s Government of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County, Mr.Tu Men and other leaders.
The Senior diplomats attending today’s event were from Russia, Germany, Peru, Mongolia, Spain, Korea, Indonesia, Cuba, Luxembourg, Maldives, Afghanistan, Portugal, Panama, Brunei, Mauritius, Cape Verde, Ethiopia and so on.
There were many travel service agencies attending the event such as Beijing Huayuan International Travel Group, Kaiser International Travel Agency, China Women Travel Service,and China Road Trip Alliance. Besides, nearly thirty Chinese and foreign mainstream medias attend the ceremony such as the People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency, China Culture Daily, China Tourism News, China Broadcasting Network, ABC News,etc.
At the promotion ceremony, the Secretary of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County Committee the CPC, Mr. Sun Zhigang made a speech. He said “At present, Qian Gorlos is at an important period of comprehensive transformation and development. A series of policies is taking effect and a new type of close and pure relations between government and commerce has provided a sound environment for the development. All of these have made Qian Gorlos a good place for investment, tourism and exploration. I sincerely invite all the friends around the world to come to visit Qian Gorlos and enjoy the limitless charm of its prairie and holy lake.”
Peruvian Ambassador H.E. Mr. Juan Carlos Capunay not only expressed his yearning for the sound ecological environment, Mongolian culture, pristine fishing culture and delicious Mongolian special food of Qian Gorlos, but also gave his special thanks to the Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World for inviting them to watch the distinctive Mongolian cultural performance and feel the pristine charm of Qian Gorlos.
The Head of the People’s Government of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County, Mr. Tu Men made a detailed introduction for the foreign envoys including the ambassadors to China, and the correspondents. He introduced their beautiful ecological environment, resource advantages, tourism and colorful local culture, focused on implementing new concept of development and the strategic plan “changing snow to silver”, put forward the development ideas of using full advantages of "ethnic characteristics, ecology and tourism", and devote to building Qian Gorlos into a charming city with the most resource potential, the most ethnic customs, the most cultural characteristics, the most ecological advantages and the most developing vitality.
