On August 13th, a group of famous photographers made a tour in Langzhong city, Sichuan province. “Langzhong is rich in historical deposits. One may feel a sense of tranquility when strolling in the ancient city of Langzhong” said British photographer Roland Clive Arthur Thomas.

Langzhong, previously called Baoning, was the ancient capital of the Ba state (1100-316 B.C.) and temporary capital of Sichuan province with a good reputation of “Wonderland of Langyuan” and “Hub of Bashu (Sichuan Province)”. It is also most popular tourism city, world time-honored county and cultural hometown of Chinese Spring Festival as the ancient city of Langzhong features one of four best-reserved ancient cities.
Besides, the “2019 Trip of Famous Photographers in Beautiful Sichuan” event is held in Langzhong. The photographers visited many scenic spots including Zhongtian Tower, Hanhuan Lord Temple (It is for Zhang Fei (165-221), a famous character of the Shu Kingdom), and Gongyuan, the site for the exams, thus having a better understanding of famous military commanders in Three Kingdoms Period (220-280A.B.) and the ancient imperial examination. Meanwhile, they enjoyed the ancient buildings and experienced the unique charm of Langzhong ancient city. 
At Wang Art Museum of Leather-Silhouette, the wonderful shadow performances have won rounds of applause among foreign photographers. They also walked to the behind to observe the whole process of shadow play. 
“We are enlightened by a colorful Langzhong ancient city which is regarded as an epitome of Chinese history and culture.” said the foreign photographers who were impressed with the unique culture and customs of Lanzhong. 
Jesus Salazar, a photographer of Venezuela, said that he was so glad to be here as he came to the scene to sample the real local culture rather than learning it from TV or books. 
“I have visited many places during my eleven-year stay in China. The ancient city of Langzhong is extraordinarily spectacular with diverse architectures and rich historical deposits.” said American photographer Adam Clayton Chris.
Is is said that an activity for attendance will be launched from August 2nd to 5th in order to enhance its city influence and popularity and build a world tourist destination of ancient city.
