On June 5, Chinese Minister of Culture and Tourism Sun Yeli met with Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy in Istanbul, Turkey. The two sides exchanged views on promoting people-to-people, cultural and tourism exchanges. 

After the meeting, Sun Yeli and Ersoy jointly signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
