On March 28, 2023, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Sun Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary General of the Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World Cui Jianghong were invited by Ambassador Uddin of Bangladesh to attend the reception held by the Embassy of Bangladesh in Beijing to mark the 52nd anniversary of Bangladesh's independence. The reception was attended by Chinese and foreign guests including ambassadors from various countries in China.
