Lijiang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Pu Hong, Dali Prefecture Secretary Yang Guozong, Diqing Prefecture Secretary Luo Chaofeng, Nujiang Prefecture Secretary Hong Weizhi attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. It is recommended that these four places work together to create a high degree of recognition, influence, attractiveness of the "secret of Northwest Yunnan" world-class tourism area, and jointly enhance the regional tourism brand recognition, and jointly maintain a good market environment, and jointly enhance the level of regional cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of tourism in Northwest Yunnan. Lijiang City will give full play to its own advantages, and regional states and cities in many areas will launch in-depth cooperation, and promote the formation of the beauty and mutual benefit and win-win synergistic development of the ecological tourism circle of the Greater Shangri-La new pattern.

Yang Guozong said, since the the first collaboration of the joint meeting, Dali, Lijiang, Diqing three places increased regional collaboration, and solidly promoted the development of culture and tourism industry project interaction, line connection, facilities linked, the same logo, information and resource connection, talent mutual assistance, brand building, the Northwest Yunnan tourism quality transformation has taken a solid step. At present, the culture and tourism industry has entered a new stage of development with diversified needs, diverse personalities, and alternation of the old and the new. Due to the tourism resource endowment of the four states and cities, Northwest Yunnan has the foundation, conditions and ability to become a pilot tourism innovation test area with full-format products to meet the needs of different tourists, and a pioneer demonstration zone of "a kind of life called Yunnan". I hope that the four places will further establish and improve the regular and long-term mechanism of exchanges and cooperation, continue to deepen the all-round and whole-process practical cooperation in various fields, promote the implementation of the contents of the cooperation agreement, and effectively take up the responsibility of the first square of the times. During the speech, Yang Guozong also invited the guests to participate in the third joint meeting to be hosted by Dali Prefecture next year.

Luo Zhaofeng said, since the first collaboration of the joint meeting, Dali, Lijiang, Diqing three places deepened the government and business cooperation and exchange, accelerated the line product development, exploration and promotion of cross-regional cultural and tourism law enforcement, the market level of cooperation is getting deeper. Northwest Yunnan and "Shangri-La" eco-tourism area states are connect in landscape, close in geography, affinity in people’s relationship, proximate in culture, integrate in economy, and deep in orientation, which has a synergistic development of good resources, markets and other bases and conditions. It is recommended to take this meeting as an opportunity to set up the goal of creating a "world-class tourist destination", in-depth excavation of four cities and towns in northwest Yunnan in the ecology, culture, landscape, history and other aspects of the unique advantages and great value, continue to deepen the exchanges and collaboration, research and development of a more detailed regional tourism cooperation and development of strategies and policies and measures, and rapid promotion of the various Consensus implementation, accelerate the promotion of tourism in Northwest Yunnan "chessboard" development, and strengthen cooperation and exchanges in a variety of areas, to achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit, win-win situation and integrated development.

Hong Weizhi said, Nujiang is a world natural heritage "three rivers" core area, with amazing natural wonders and world-class tourism resources. In recent years, the Nujiang Prefecture Committee and the state government take tourism as an important pillar industry, according to the positioning of "niche, characteristics, boutique, high-end", to promote the innovation of the industry, mode, products, services, etc., built a number of demonstration projects for the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, launched a number of top-level tournaments such as China Nujiang Canoeing and Wildwater International Open, and continued to build the "Secret Nujiang - Outdoor Paradise". "Nujiang River - Outdoor Paradise" brand, to create the "world's most beautiful Grand Canyon". Nujiang will seize the ripe opportunity of tourism cooperation and development in the northwest Yunnan region, take the initiative to integrate, work actively, and develop hand in hand with all other partners. At the meeting, representatives of the culture and tourism industry made an exchange of speeches; Dali, Lijiang, Diqing, Nujiang signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation in tourism in four states and cities in northwestern Yunnan Province, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, Laos travelers signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the four states and municipal tourism industry associations, the Ancient City District Government, the relevant enterprises signed a cooperation agreement on culture and tourism projects; Dali Prefecture in Yunnan Province, Lijiang City, Diqing Prefecture, Nujiang Prefecture, Sichuan Province Panzhihua City, Ganzi Prefecture, Aba Prefecture and Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan Province, Lhasa City and Chamdo City in Tibet Autonomous Region, Golog Tibetan Prefecture in Qinghai Province, and Gannan Prefecture in Gansu Province jointly released the initiative of the Greater Shangri-La Regional Alliance.

The meeting also held a handover ceremony for the venue of the collaborative joint meeting, and the next collaborative joint meeting on high-quality transformation and upgrading of tourism in Northwest Yunnan will be hosted by Dali Prefecture.
