China is willing to continue to work with the new side, actively implement the consensus of the leaders of the two countries, take the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations as an opportunity to organize a series of celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, inherit and develop the "Louis Avery Spirit". We will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism, support close exchanges between organizations and industries of the two sides, further develop institutionalized cooperation brands, innovate cooperation modes and channels, and promote the China-New Zealand Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to achieve more results, deepen mutual understanding and friendship between the two countries, and write a new chapter in the friendship between China and New Zealand.

Fu Enlai said that New Zealand and China have further strengthened dialogue and exchanges and enhanced the friendship between the two peoples by organizing a rich series of activities for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and that New Zealand is willing to continue to deepen cooperation with the Chinese side to prepare for the resumption of people-to-people exchanges offline after the epidemic.

The two sides also had an in-depth exchange of views on topics of common interest, such as the recovery of tourism after the epidemic and deepening inter-agency cooperation.
