World Internet Conference·Internet Development Forum were held on November 23rd in Wuzhen Town of Zhejiang Province. The president Xi Jinping sent a letter to express his congratulation.
Xi Jinping said that currently in the world the new round of technological and industrial revolution was flourishing, leading digital technology. Since the start of the pandemic, various technologies had been applied, including telemedicine, online education, sharing platform cooperative office and so on. The internet played an important role in promoting different countries’ economic recovery, social governance, international cooperation to fight against the pandemic and so on.
Xi Jinping said that China was willing to work hand in hand with other countries to seize historic opportunities of the information revolution; to nurture new driving forces for the innovative development; to start a new chapter for digital cooperation; to build a new internet security structure; to build an online space community with a shared future and to create a better future for all.
