On September 16, 2023 International Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports Conference was held in Xingyi City, Guizhou Province. On the opening day of the conference, the founding ceremony of the Star Tourism City Alliance was held, the Report on Cooperation and Development of Mountain Tourism under the Framework of RCEP jointly compiled by the International Mountain Tourism Alliance and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences was released, and plaques were awarded for the International Mountain Hot Springs Recreation Tourism Pioneer Demonstration Points and the International Mountain Hiking Tourism Demonstration Routes.
