On October 28th, 2019, Chen Xioadong, assistant Foreign minister, and Cui Jianghong, secretary general of the Cultural Exchange Organization of Presenting China to the World, attended the National Day Reception of Turkey upon the invitation of Turkish Ambassador to China Emin Onen.
Alparslan Bayraktar, visiting Turkish deputy minister of Energy and Natural Resources, were also present during the reception.
