In recent years, based on its unique geographical advantages, rich resources and cultural diversity, Xinjiang has strengthened comprehensive cooperation with SCO countries and become an important node and demonstration zone for intra-regional cooperation. Over the years, Xinjiang has made important contributions to the security and stability cooperation among the SCO countries. With the accelerated construction of the China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the continuous development of various undertakings, Xinjiang will play an increasingly important role in promoting cooperation between China and the SCO countries. Cuban Ambassador to China Berstad said in an interview that he was impressed by Xinjiang's rapid economic development, social security and stability. The so-called "forced labor" claimed by some Western media is completely nonsense. He looked forward to more cooperation between Cuba and Xinjiang in agriculture, energy, tourism and other fields.
