Located in the southeast of Suzhou, or southwest of Kunshan that is very near Shanghai, Zhouzhuang boasts very convenient transportation and distinctive geographical advantages, making it the head of Top Six Ancient Towns along the southern reaches of the Yangtze River, known as the Best Water Town in China. Based on its distinctive features, it continues to develop its cultural value, improve the facilities around the scenic spot and build it into the Best Water Town in China over the past decade.
